Founder Christina Royer spent years in healthcare before making the leap into travel in 2017, growing a storefront agency by 2021 and founding Anew Travel in 2024. That background shows up in how we work: we listen first, we ask the right questions, and we treat every trip — whether it's a first family cruise or a milestone honeymoon — with the same care and attention to detail you'd want from someone managing something that actually matters to you.

Christina Royer didn't set out to build a travel agency — she set out to help people. After years in healthcare, she made the leap into travel in 2017, drawn to work that let her care for people in a different way: crafting the trips that mark life's biggest moments. What started as a single advisor grew into a storefront agency by 2021, and in 2024, Christina founded Anew Travel — a boutique agency built on the belief that travel planning should feel personal, expert, and genuinely cared for, not transactional.
Today, Christina leads a team of advisors specializing in luxury and all-inclusive travel, cruises, destination weddings and honeymoons, group travel, and corporate incentive programs and executive retreats — with particular expertise in the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, Alaska, and Europe. She also leads Lou Logistics, Anew's production travel division, coordinating travel for film and television productions under Missouri's film tax incentive program.
Christina holds her Certified Travel Associate (CTA) credential and serves as President of the Greater St. Louis Chapter of ASTA, where she advocates for the travel advisor profession at large. She sits on the board of the Kirkwood–Des Peres Area Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized in Marquis Who's Who and Top Executives for her leadership in the industry.

As Executive Assistant, she's the steady hand behind the scenes — keeping the office running smoothly, supporting Christina with the daily details that make the agency hum, and making sure every client who reaches out feels genuinely cared for from the very first hello.
A St. Louis native, Allison brings a background as varied as her skill set — with experience in the restaurant industry, healthcare, and the legal field before finding her home at Anew Travel. That mix has given her a rare combination: a sharp eye for detail, a calm sense of care under pressure, and a natural instinct to help — exactly what it takes to keep a busy storefront agency feeling organized, welcoming, and personal.

Dixie Brune, CTA
A St. Louis native through and through, Dixie brings nine years of travel industry experience to Anew Travel, having built her career at a national storefront agency before joining our team. She specializes in luxury cruises, all-inclusive escapes, and family, couples, and honeymoon travel — helping clients navigate every detail with the kind of precision that only comes from having done it herself, over and over again.
And she has. Dixie has sailed on more than 20 cruises, from luxury to premium lines, experiencing firsthand every ship in our preferred partners' fleets, so she can tell you exactly what to expect before you ever step onboard. She's traveled to all of our top Caribbean destinations and site-inspected luxury resorts across the region, giving her an insider's eye for which property truly delivers on elevated service and experience — not just what looks good in a brochure. Her love of travel doesn't stop there: she's especially passionate about Alaska, Canada, and European getaways, and has explored destinations across the globe.
Dixie holds her Travel Institute CTA (Certified Travel Associate) and Caribbean Specialist certifications, and she brings that expertise together with genuine, hands-on experience and a sharp eye for detail on every itinerary she builds.
